We have never offered such a comprehensive series on baking. At the end of this series you will feel confident enough to take on any baking challenge. You'll learn the basics and more. You will be amazed at the speed your skill increases as you go through this five week series. And at the end of it you will have made several show pieces.


Week One: Cakes and Tortes
Week Two: Petit Fours
Week Three: Individual Plated Desserts
Week Four: Chocolate
Week Five: Fondant, Marzipan, Poured and Spun Sugar
