Join Eco-ista Terri Nacke, and owner of La Bella Terre® as she shares how she learned about life in her grandmother’s garden; it’s about “all good ingredients” she would say. Following this philosophy, living seasonally is about using ingredients from the farmers markets, coupled with simple techniques and a well stocked kitchen & spa pantry. Incorporating pure ingredients for in and on the body makes for the richest reward your body can have! If you missed taking a class with Terri at her former retail store and education center at the Farm at South Mountain, she’s here with us teaching her monthly lifestyle series, “botany for the body®”. It’s her goal that you’ll take home tips & tools that will inspire your best body, you! On the 2nd Thursday of every month Terri will take you on a fabulous journey for your body and mind. |
