Chef Melissa is going to show you how to host the perfect wine and cheese party. You will get delicious hors d’ouervres along with wine suggestions to accompany them.

Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Strudel with Balsamic Glaze (serve with Reisling)
Smoked Mozzarella Tomato and Basil Bruschetta (serve with Pinot Grigio)
Brie Stuffed Chicken with Maple Cream Sauce (serve with Pino Noir)
Chocolate Ricotta Soufflés (serve with Port)
